Membership Application

Fill out the form below to apply to be a member of Frohsinn Dance & Social Club. An annual membership fee of $200 will be due yearly on March 1st. Membership allows you to attend all dances for free, with a discount on special events. Completed forms and checks, made out to Frohsinn Club, can be mailed to Judy Karakane at 97 Page St., Lunenburg MA 01462, or brought to any dance.

When a new member joins during the calendar year, the first year annual dues will be discounted by 25% after the first two calendar quarters, with 25% off as of April 1st, 50% off as of July 1st for the balance of the year.
