Membership Application

Fill out the form below to apply to be a member of Frohsinn Dance & Social Club. An annual membership fee of $100 will be due yearly January 1st.

 

Membership allows you to attend all general dances for free, with a discount on special event dances.

 

Mail completed forms with checks made out to Frohsinn Club to Judy Karkane - 97 Page St., Lunenburg MA 01462, or bring to any dance.
