Membership Application

Fill out the form below to apply to be a member of Frohsinn Dance & Social Club. An annual membership fee of $100 will be due yearly January 1st.

 

Membership allows you to attend all general dances for free, with a discount on special event dances. Completed forms and checks, made out to Frohsinn Club, can be mailed to Frohsinn Club - 97 Page St., Lunenburg MA 01462, or brought to any dance.
