Membership Application

Fill out the form below to apply to be a member of Frohsinn Dance & Social Club. An annual membership fee of $200 will be due yearly on March 1st. Membership allows you to attend all dances for free, with a discount on special events. Completed forms and checks, made out to Frohsinn Club, can be mailed to Frohsinn Club - 97 Page St., Lunenburg MA 01462, or brought to any dance.

When a new member joins during the calendar year, the first year annual dues will be discounted by 25% after the first two calendar quarters, with 25% off as of April 1st, 50% off as of July 1st for the balance of the year.
